Dr. Leonard Kaufman was educated at Emory University and received his medical degree at the University of Kansas. 

He completed his urology residency at the University of Nebraska.  This was followed by a fellowship in Andrology and Male Infertility at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Dr. Kaufman was the Pfizer Scholar in Urology in 1998 and is a member of the American Urological Association and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.

He is a native of Miami, and fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Kaufman is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology.
